These terms govern your use of the Apex Web Studio website and services. By engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms outlined here and in your project proposal.
Project scope, timelines and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope may affect price and delivery date.
Projects are typically invoiced in two instalments: a deposit to begin work, and a final payment before launch, unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership of the final website transfers to the client upon full payment. Apex Web Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
We aim for the highest standard of work but are not liable for third-party service outages (hosting, plugins, payment processors) beyond our control.
